Bugfood E-Vial contiene huevos de Ephestia kuehniella, una polilla considerada plaga en los cereales, pero que una vez liberada en el resto de cultivos, sirve de suplemento alimenticio para los depredadores establecidos como control biológico de las especies dañinas en los cultivos.
La lucha biológica es cada vez más la opción elegida por los cultivadores de todo el mundo, por lo que es un sector en auge donde la investigación y desarrollo son piedra angular. Bugfood proporciona alimento suplementario a la mayorÃa de insectos depredadores cuando la plaga es aún incipiente o nula.
Funciona especialmente bien para alimentar al insecto depredador de mosca blanca Macrolophus, ya que este insecto es lento en su establecimiento, por lo que debe liberarse temprano en el ciclo del cultivo, mucho antes del pico de presión de la plaga.
Bugfood E contiene huevos de Ephestia. Además del peso de Ephestia, ambos productos también incluirán una pequeña cantidad de quistes de Artemia deshidratados. Estos se añaden al producto para mantener la humedad deseada durante el transporte, pero también son un alimento adecuado para insectos depredadores.
Instrucciones de uso:
