MasterProducts, siempre en continua investigación y desarrollo de sus peladoras, presenta la Tumbler MT, construida Ãntegramente en Europa y con certificado europeo cGMP de calidad de fabricación y materiales. Incorpora la nueva tecnologÃa de corte de alta precisión MT, que permite ajustar el máximo el corte de sus 11 cuchillas. El resultado no es inferior al de un pelado manual, con lo que se consigue la máxima calidad.
Fabricada enteramente en acero inoxidable, con piezas engarzadas que permiten su desmontaje sin herramientas en apenas un minuto. Tambor de acero inoxidable de 15 cm de diámetro diseñado para evitar la acumulación y arrastre de las flores. El proceso se vuelve fluido sin atascos y sin interrupciones.
Se facilitan las labores de mantenimiento y limpieza. No incorpora ningún tipo de pintura que pueda contaminar tu cosecha. Capaz de ejecutar 320 cortes al segundo, mientras su potente equipo de succión de aire retira las hojas evitando las acumulaciones. Para ello dispone de una bolsa de alto flujo de aire de 40 micras para la succión de hojas.
La Tumbler MT 500 se puede instalar en serie e incrementar asà la producción: Ha sido diseñada para ser unida en tándem. Sumando cintas de entrada y salida, y un carril para poder dar la inclinación deseada dependiendo de las caracterÃsticas de la cosecha. Se consigue hasta un 30% más de producción.
