Es una variedad explosiva a distintos niveles. Las plantas producen grandes ramas con gran número de brotes laterales muy cargados de cogollos. La relación cáliz/hoja es muy buena, lo que la hace muy fácil de manicurar. Además de mantener los cogollos más ventilados que otras índicas de mayor follaje, con lo que se convierte en una planta más resistente a enfermedades fúngicas.
Los cogollos están recubiertos por miles de tricomas glandulares de gran tamaño, llenos de una fragancia única a queso dulce. Poseen un sabor de fondo acre, como a levadura o queso, con matices de regaliz y caramelo.
